At Sido Mindful Store, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
Each piece is thoughtfully packaged using our eco-conscious materials, reflecting our commitment to mindful living and thoughtful design.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Please note: Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong public holidays.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their country.
Sido Mindful Store is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs or import charges, the buyer will be responsible for:

• The return shipping cost

While outbound shipping is free, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, along with any return costs incurred.
A refund for the item(s) will be issued only once the parcel is safely returned and inspected.
