What materials are your jewelry made from?
All our pieces are made from 18k gold-plated titanium. They are waterproof, sea-proof, anti-tarnish, and safe for sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to handle daily wear, but still deserves love and care. After swimming in the sea, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry place to keep them shining for years.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes. Every order comes beautifully packaged in a Sido gift box, with a cotton soap pouch that feels soft on the skin and is reusable. We also include a branded postcard — simple, thoughtful, and perfect for gifting.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if needed. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
If there’s no tracking update and the parcel hasn’t arrived within 60 days from the date you receive the tracking number, we consider it lost. And we ll work with you to send replacement. If it’s stuck in customs, unfortunately, that’s beyond our control.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you’re welcome to return it. The item must be physically shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days from the date the tracking shows it was delivered.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return and re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s undamaged.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. If you're in a very remote area, please message us first and we’ll gladly check for you.
How long does delivery take?
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days.
Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
Possibly. Customs charges depend on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
What if my order is delayed?
Most orders arrive on time, but delays can happen during busy seasons like Christmas or New Year. We’ll post updates when needed in our shop announcements.
