Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Before sending any return, you must contact us first at info@sidomindfulstore.com.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is confirmed defective

Damages, Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@sidomindfulstore.com within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos or a short video.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

1. Replacement – We resend the item at no extra cost

2. Refund (no return required) – Used when return shipping is impractical

3. Return + refund – For selected cases only

For confirmed defects, return shipping (if required) will be covered by us.

We do not offer repairs for overseas orders.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way is to return the item (if approved) and place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, in unused condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once your return (if required) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
