Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier availability:
• Hong Kong: approximately 2–5 working days
• Asia: approximately 7–14 working days
• Rest of the world: approximately 7–14 working days
We work with different courier services depending on the destination to ensure the most reliable delivery option.
A tracking number will be provided when the selected shipping service supports tracking.

Customs & Import Duties

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs or import charges:
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
• Any outbound shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund
• A refund will be processed only after the item is safely returned and inspected
